At Naturopathica, our goal is to help you find the perfect products for your skin and well-being, so if you are not totally satisfied, you may return any product within 30 days of your purchase, provided that it is at least half full.
Please Note: Only items purchased on naturopathica.com may be accepted for returns.
How do I return an item?
1. The process is easy! Simply email Customer Care at service@createdonplanetearth.com with the reason for your return to get started. Please use the word "Return" and your Order Number in the Subject Line. We will be happy to provide you with a complimentary return shipping label. We can also help you find the right product for you!
2. Download and complete our Returns Form.
3. Include your completed Returns Form with your original packing slip and your product in your return package. Affix the complimentary return shipping label to your package, and ship it back to us via the carrier on the return label.
4. All returns will be credited back to the original credit card used within 3 weeks of our Customer Care department receiving your order. We will notify you once your return has been processed.
